The consultation is absolutely free. Simply schedule the time that is convenient for you and it’s all set.
It depends on the project size and scope of work, but it’s usually from 1.5 to 4 months.
We have different packages to choose from, mainly classified based on the scope of work the client wants to pick from. This include, space planning & floor plans, interior design, MEP design, 3D visualizations, construction management and actual onsite construction.
3 revision rounds are given initially, any additional changes have a simple fixed cost.
These are purely depending upon the interior design adopted and existing site conditions or provisions available at the site. Though, we have basic guidelines to calculate such costs to prepare an indicative budget for you. We always advise the client to have us do a detailed site survey before proceeding
